Maintenance Surveyor required for 8 / 12 week period Due to increased workload, a large social housing provider have a requirement for a void repairs surveyor As a Maintenance Surveyor, your role will be to inspect and assess the condition of buildings and infrastructure, create maintenance plans, and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair works. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all properties and facilities are well-maintained, comply with relevant regulations, and operate efficiently.
