The Role The role is responsible for leading a team of Operational Managers across a defined geographic county to deliver the Bioresource County Treatment Plan. As Treatment Delivery Manager you are accountable for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of Bioresource treatment assets, with ownership of an annual operating expenditure budget of up to £15m. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across Treatment activities, ensuring delivery against financial, regulatory, customer service and people performance objectives. Acting as a key member of the Bioresource and Energy Operations leadership team, the post holder plays a critical role in embedding the county operating model and supporting the delivery of the UU vision.
