About the role We’re looking for a driven and empowering Senior Manager – Internal Sales and Sales Support to lead our SME Retention, SME Acquisition and Sales Support Teams. In this high‑impact role, you’ll create a culture of excellence across our internal sales function, ensuring we retain and grow our SME customer base while delivering compliant, efficient and high-quality contracting processes. You’ll work closely with the SME Retention and Acquisition Team, the Commercial Sales Lead, and the wider leadership group to develop and deliver effective retention and acquisition strategies.
