Key Responsibilities Conduct technical compliance audits and condition assessments of timber (FD30/FD60) and steel fire doors, frames, ironmongery, and seals. Evaluate installations against BS 8214, BS 476, EN 1634, and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Capture inspection data, photos, and floorplan pin-drops using tablet software while on site. Deliver surveying programs across commercial, healthcare, higher education, and public sector estates.
