You'll provide residents with a high standard cleaning service in their own homes. You'll ensure that residents with us are provided with choice, dignity and respect by always maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality. To meet the needs of our residents, our home help provision is delivered over 5 days a week. This role works flexibly throughout the week on a rota basis, subject to the needs of the residents, any flexible working arrangements in place and the working time regulations.
