Review, approve or reject purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring correct coding and appropriate authorisation. Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure supplier invoices are accurately coded and processed in line with company procedures. Monitor and follow up outstanding queries with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely resolution. Support period-end processes, including preparing and posting accruals and prepayments.
