The ER Partner is a critical role that has a positive impact on our business through effective management of various employee relations matters. In this role, you'll coach ER Business Partners on handling complex and high-risk ER issues to minimize risks. Additionally, you'll introduce a framework for proactive case management and streamline the process for managing ER case files.
