Maintenance Assistant (Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Conduct general property maintenance, inc. carpentry, tiling, repairs to doors, windows & locking systems. Install and repair gutter and drainpipe systems. Perform basic plumbing repairs. Source and obtain materials from local suppliers. Oversee the work of contractors when required. Provide support to colleagues, including covering for absences and offering on-call assistance. Adhere strictly to all company policies and health and safety regulations.
