Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain heating and ventilation (H&V) systems, including pumps, motors, and actuators. Conduct daily checks of boiler rooms and plant equipment. Maintain commercial kitchen equipment and plant. Perform installation, fault-finding, and maintenance on low-voltage (LV) electrical systems. Diagnose faults, repair, or replace defective equipment. Manage stock and source materials from local suppliers and manufacturers. Oversee contractor work. Provide technical support to colleagues and assist other staff members. Ensure a safe working environment for all staff and complete work to the highest standard.
