In this role, you'll manage a complex caseload of children and young people aged 0 25, leading the Education, Health and Care (EHC) process from assessment through to review. You'll work closely with families, schools and multi-agency partners to ensure high-quality, person-centred EHCPs are delivered in line with statutory requirements. The position also involves mentoring colleagues, supporting tribunal preparation, chairing annual reviews and contributing to service improvement.
