Our client a Large Local Authority require the services of a Quantity Surveyor : Quantity Surveyor /Contract Procurement (Building Services and Maintenance) Pay rate is negotiable ( 30 to 45.00 ph ) Cambridgeshire (Hybrid role) THE ROLE : We are looking for a Surveyor who has Local Authority Procurement experience and MTC contract skills who can work at a Senior level with Stakeholders! Local Authority experience, at least 5 years Post Qualification experience in construction procurement, experience in working with framework providers, RICS or CIOB qualification, experience in specification writing and analysis of tenders and financial awareness.
