Our client Suffolk County Council is looking for a senior social worker to join their Social Care Team. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex social work caseload (currently averaging 40 cases) Make and implement autonomous professional decisions on cases involving high levels of complexity, risk, uncertainty, and challenge, with managerial oversight where required. Plan and deliver targeted interventions to meet identified needs and reduce risk for children and families.
