We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Logistics & Administration Support professional to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, supporting logistics operations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey. As one of the key points of contact for customers, you will play an important role in maintaining high service standards, supporting lead-time targets, and ensuring daily operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Manage administration processes for both incoming and outgoing goods. Book customer equipment into SAP/PAS systems.
