In this hands-on role, you’ll create a calm, fair, and welcoming environment where candidates can perform at their best. You’ll lead both physical and psychometric assessments with professionalism and accuracy, applying detailed marking criteria to ensure every candidate is evaluated fairly and consistently. Working 37.5 hours per week onsite at the Army Assessment Centre in Glencorse. Includes one overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duty per week.
