About the role An excellent opportunity has become available for a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Milton Keynes. A key part of this role is managing both inbound and outbound booking calls. You will be responsible for scheduling customer bookings, providing clear information and ensuring every caller receives an exceptional level of service. These calls will form a part of your daily responsibilities and are essential to delivering a smooth customer journey. Alongside this, you will support our Service Advisors to provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
