JOB TITLE: Night CCTV Controller LOCATION: THE BEACON - EASTBOURNE WORKING HOURS: 4on 4 off, 41 hours hours per week PAY RATE: Competitive ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE Main Duties & Responsibilities: To act as main control point for all aspects of centre operations, including emergencies, with particular emphasis on safety and customer care. As a priority emergencies and safety always comes first, customer care second and other routine safety checks or procedures third. Act as first point of contact for all departments ensuring relevant, and clear information is passed to all concerned and issues escalated appropriately to Security/Centre Management as per procedures.
