About the role Sytner Tring is recruiting a Retail / Business Manager (Sales Led / Customer Facing) to join our high performing retail team. The role will primarily be based at the MINI site but cross over into supporting the BMW team too. This is a hands on sales leadership role. The successful candidate will spend the vast majority of their time directly with customers, leading from the front by selling Finance & Insurance products at an elite level. This role sits at the heart of the sales floor and is integral to vehicle deliveries, customer experience and commercial performance.
