Summary If you're great with people and have a talent for making the most of a shop's potential, we're looking for a Retail Team Leader in the National Trust shop at Sissinghurst. In this role you can help everyone to have an enjoyable and memorable day. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll be working weekdays and weekends including a fair share of bank holidays. Working hours are generally within 9:45-6 in the summer and shorter days in the winter.
