We're looking for a Candidate Manager to join Willmott Dixon's established in-house recruitment team, working hybrid 3 days per week from Oldham and two days from home Do you enjoy finding good people, building relationships and helping candidates take the next step in their careers? With ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to make a real contribution to the people and teams delivering our projects. You'll recruit across a broad range of construction and support functions, getting to understand our business and what makes someone a good fit. This could suit an experienced Resourcer who enjoys proactive sourcing, or a Recruitment Consultant looking to move in-house and focus on candidate relationships.
