To provide a comprehensive and professional administrative recruitment service, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to onboarding new employees. The role will act as a key point of contact for candidates and managers, ensuring recruitment activities are delivered efficiently, in line with policies, procedures and relevant legislation. THE ROLE: Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising vacancies, facilitating shortlisting, arranging interviews, completing pre-employment checks, and issuing offers/contracts/agreements for new starters. Act as a first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, responding to queries and providing guidance on recruitment policies and processes, escalating to a senior member of the team if needed.
