Facilities Administrator Hours: 20 hours per week Contract: 6-month contract Shifts: Flexible Location: Newport About the Role We re looking for a Facilities Assistant to carry out routine facilities checks, replenishments and compliance activities across the site. What You ll Be Doing: Carry out weekly planned maintenance checks, including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, spill kits, CCTV, gatehouse, perimeter fences and key audits; replenishing where required. Conduct legionella checks (tap flushing, temperature recording and logging). Support new starter onboarding (system access setup, ID card creation, locker issuing).
