STE05 Building Surveyor Rail Contractor Location: Eastern (Ideally Sheffield upwards) IR35 status - inside Rate - 280 umbrella Duration - Ongoing long term work MUST have full STE05 competence A Building Surveyor is required to join a rail contractor on a temporary basis. You will be required to carry out inspections of operation property including station buildings, depots and lineside buildings. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure that the inspections are completed to a high standard and in accordance with the relevant industry standards.
