You will be responsible for the progress of repairs on disrepair claims through to completion in properties in North and South of the borough, review expert reports and disrepair letters of claim, carry out pre work surveys and use SOR codes to create job specifications for the works to be carried out by the Councils contractors and sub-contractors.
