We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the team at a Build-to-Rent scheme in South East London. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical & Hard Services Operations Manage and oversee all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, reactive repairs, and plant room operations across the development.
