The position will be responsible for managing and successfully delivering all financial and contractual aspects of minor works/small works projects including client variations, small projects and lifecycle works to ensure they are delivered to a high standard on time and within budget. Rydon Maintenance successfully provides hard facilities management services (Hard FM) across England for a growing number of NHS Trusts. We look after more than 250 buildings on behalf of 20 NHS Trusts on a planned, responsive repairs and small works projects basis.
