Role Responsibilities Deliver a broad range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise residential new-build developments and occupied housing projects. Demonstrate experience working within both high-rise residential construction environments and occupied residential properties. Take ownership of complex projects from initial pre-construction stages through to final account settlement. Apply strong knowledge of JCT contracts and manage the full commercial process, including valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, contractual notices, correspondence, and compliance requirements. Independently oversee cost management, profit and loss reporting, cash flow forecasting, and all associated commercial administration.
