We are recruiting for a specialist Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor for a Tier contractor for a scheme in Reading. They are based locally and work across Reading, Oxford and the M4 corridor on framework schemes up to 70 million in the education, care, NHS, local authority, student and commercial marketplaces. They have won a major new scheme in Reading with a major MEP package and are going to self deliver the package with both direct labour and smaller specialist subcontractors in place. They have an excellent team in place - Building Services Managers, Mechanical Site Managers and Electrical Site Managers to manage the design and build elements and supervise and drive the project forward and now need the final piece of the jigsaw - the commercial management of the scheme.
