The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a full-time, office-based basis in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying services, supporting projects from inception through to completion. The role will involve cost planning, commercial management, procurement support, contract administration, and financial reporting, ensuring projects remain commercially successful and financially controlled.
