The team includes talented designers, experienced structural engineers, mechanical engineers, heating, cooling and ventilation engineers, computer control engineers, electrical engineers, project managers, fabricators and installers. Working as part of the project team, the role of the Quantity Surveyor is to manage all the commercial aspects of the project from contract award up to agreeing the final account with the client. Projects can vary in value from 100,000 to 10 million plus with duration from a few weeks to several months.
