Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC Option C expertise to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key commercial role on complex, technically challenging schemes, with a particular focus on tunnelling works. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects operating under NEC Option C (Target Cost) contracts.
