Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - SC Location: Lichfield (3 days/week on site/Hybrid) Contract Duration : 51 working days Daily Rate: £ 635.75/day (Umbrella Maximum) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Security Clearance: SC We are a team of 4 quantity surveyors and 2 apprentices(starting April/May 2026) who produce should-cost models and pricing booklets for FM projects valued at over £100m across the UK Defence estate. This involves using part in-house historical cost data and BCIS to provide estimates of the forecasted value of the contracts. For the pricing booklets, we work very closely with commercial teams to build models suitable for the various projects on both hard FM and soft FM. We support the pricing evaluation of the projects by reviewing the tenders and raising queries. We also prepare tender reports to be included in the final business case.
