Main Duties / Responsibilities: Operational Property Manager ? Report to the Director of Environment & Property and provide leadership to the division in the management of Architectural Design, Quantity Surveying, Building Maintenance, Energy Efficiency and Facilities Management provision. ? Manage, direct and advise on the Councils procurement strategy in respect of design and construction requirements. ? Operational Property Manager Manage, develop and motivate staff within the Division, to maximize delivery of an effective and efficient service. ?
