The responsibilities of a Property Administrator will include: Providing administrative support to an experienced property manager - overseeing their property portfolio. Answering telephone calls and responding to emails. Coordinate and Respond to Service contracts and Pre-contract enquiries for re-sales in respect of Service Charge and Ground Rents Reviewing and challenging Service Charge budgets.
