They work on high end, luxury and bespoke developments in the private residential and leisure marketplaces and a majority of the work is negotiated on architect referral or 2 stage bids and all are on JCT form of contract. They operate across the South Coast and Surrey areas and projects range from 1million to 15 million and you may be looking after an individual major scheme or a number of smaller schemes.
