As a manager of one of the Duty Teams, you will work closely with the five existing Duty Teams to ensure effective service delivery. You will be responsible for driving good practice across the service, supporting a team of social workers in managing complex and high-risk cases, and ensuring that safeguarding standards are consistently met.
