Our client, an international organisation, is looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience to their clients mainly via email. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where accuracy, organisation and teamwork are essential, directly supporting Order Fulfilment, Customer Care and overall customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be resilient, quick to learn and adaptable, able to juggle a busy workload. They will also be analytical and comfortable reading reports and interpreting data. We welcome candidates from retail backgrounds as well as previous office experience in customer service and operations.
