Team Leader A well-established recycling company based in Sittingbourne is looking to add on a permanent basis an experienced Team Leader to its team. Role Overview You will lead a small team managing them in all aspects of the job to ensure production and efficiency targets are met, as well as adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring safe work practices. Ensuring production targets are met Collaborate with your team, leading by example Mange safe working practices and quality control Ensure effectiveness of workforce by mentoring and inducting new operatives.
