We have an exciting opportunity to join Birmingham's brand-new Family IDVA Service as an IDVA Team Leader, helping to shape and embed an innovative service supporting families affected by domestic abuse across the city. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing a new city-wide service from the very beginning. Working within Birmingham's Family Hubs, IDVA Team Leaders will combine specialist domestic abuse expertise with leadership responsibility, supporting the safe and effective delivery of services for non-abusive parents and their children who have experienced domestic abuse. As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to support the mobilisation, development and ongoing success of the service.
