This opportunity is an essential role supporting the quality lead and the quality manager to ensure quality standards are kept high. The team is very supportive with alot of diverse experience and backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: Managing customer complaints, carrying out investigations, root cause analysis, and closing out corrective actions. Overseeing HACCP activities across the site, contributing to food safety and compliance. Assisting with internal audits, helping to prepare the site for an annual schedule of around 20 audits.
