Description Our Public Sector clients in the West Midlands are seeking six Interim Team Managers to join the Practice Hub. This role supports our commitment to delivering excellent outcomes and ensuring high-quality practice for the children in our care. Responsibilities - The role involves: Systematic auditing and conducting practice evaluations. Moderating practice evaluations and assisting social workers in targeted casework improvement. Undertaking bespoke evaluations and reporting findings to the QA team. Facilitating improvement activities aligned with our practice model. Qualifications Essential GCSEs (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics. DipSW Qualification or equivalent. Social Work England (SWE) number. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with social media and CRM systems.
