Disrepair Case Manager Hourly Rate: £19.79 PAYE (Umbrella rate approx. £25 per hour) Location: Manchester, M9 Job Type: Part-time (minimum 2 days in office) Join the Housing Services team at the Neighbourhoods Directorate of Manchester City Council as a Disrepair Case Manager. This role is pivotal in managing housing disrepair cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal standards, timely completion of works, and delivering high-quality outcomes for residents. Day-to-day of the role: Act as the central point of coordination among residents, legal teams, contractors, surveyors, and internal departments.
