Job Description: The Head of Youth & Community Services will provide leadership, management and oversight across YMCA Brunel Group's youth and community services, including 10 Youth Clubs (supporting young people aged 10-19 years old, and up to 25 with special educational needs), and 2 Young Carers groups. The role will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery, quality, performance and development of services, enabling positive outcomes for children, young people and communities, across the Mendip and South Somerset area.
