Sytner Derby Audi are looking for confident, highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Workshop Controller to support the Service Department in running an efficient and driven workshop. As an experienced Workshop Controller, you will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a high-volume prestige workshop that operates over 2 locations and has its own Battery Competency Centre operation; in addition to dealing with our retail customers, internal preparation, we also deal with AUDI Breakdowns. Preference will be given to candidates currently operating in a similar role. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to ensure repairs are 'Fixed First Visit'...
