Working as part of the Internal Communications team and the Change and Engagement workstream of our Spartan programme, you will support the Communications Lead of Spartan to manage and deliver our communications and engagement approach for Spartan across the business - an approach which informs and inspires colleagues and provides them with clear, timely and concise communication messages so they have the knowledge and ability to move through the change. Your role will be to support the creation and delivery of the transformation comms and engagement plans for our Spartan programme.
