SUMMARY OF ROLE The role supports the firm's regulatory obligations under the FCA's Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) by providing day-to-day oversight, assurance and subject-matter expertise across CMC Markets' UK regulated entities. Operating at Senior Specialist / Principle Specialist level, the position contributes to the design, maintenance and continual enhancement of the firm's CASS control framework.
