About the role Mercedes-Benz of Temple Fortune is looking to recruit a Service Booking Consultant to join their fantastic Aftersales Department. This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department, you will support both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service. Working as a Sytner Service Booking Consultant you will: administer all bookings and preparation work required for vehicle arrivals, adhere to strict processes, support the service team with telephone enquiries, complete invoicing, examine paperwork to ensure quality standards are met and carrying out self-audits before filing.
