Braun Melsungen AG Job description: Your Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused Operational Support Coordinator to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and customer support, helping ensure the smooth delivery of service and repair operations across B. Braun's product range. Working closely with Field Service Engineers, Workshop teams, and wider internal stakeholders, you will help plan, schedule, and coordinate activity across multiple IT systems, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
