Experienced Senior Recovery officer required to manage a caseload of Council Tax and Business Rates recovery cases whilst Using MRI & NEC Enterprise. Main duties will consist of preparing and presenting cases at Magistrates Court to obtain Liability Orders as well as dealing with complex recovery matters, including insolvencies, charging orders, attachments, enforcement agent referrals, and committal proceedings.
