JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Activity Coordinator Reports To: Service Manager or Team Leader Roles Reporting to this Position: None Travelling across Buckinghamshire, South Midlands, Leicester and Rutland Primary Objective: To design, coordinate and deliver a varied programme of engaging, accessible and employment-focused activities for young people aged 18 to 24. The role will build aspiration, confidence, resilience, transferable skills and understanding of workplace expectations, while working closely with Mentors and partners to help each participant progress towards suitable and sustainable employment, education or training.
