We are recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator / Engineer Scheduler to join a busy and well-established team. This is a key role within the Service Department, responsible for coordinating a team of field-based engineers and ensuring the right engineer is in the right place at the right time. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling planned maintenance, service visits, remedial works and emergency call-outs, while keeping both engineers and customers fully informed.
